I bounce in between. I will have times where I am steady getting about a 2 lb loss each week, then I'll go a week or 2 or 3 with little to no loss, then lose 4 or 6 one week, then a few more with little to no loss, then another big week, then I go back to a steady 2 per week for a little while. It averages out though. I have lost about 30 since the beginning of July, I'm losing an average of about 2.2 per week and I'm happy with that.
