Default You have all been an inspiration and a great help

More than you could know. I've spent time drawing inspiration from reading your posts. It's so nice to see "real people" achieve success, that I felt like I could do it too. So far I have stuck to my goals of calorie counting and exercising. I got on the scale today and it read 216!! And that feels good!!!

So thank you all for your advice, for talking me down from and spitting in my cookies.

I am glad to hear that 3fc has been as big a source of help for you as it has for me. I don't think that I would have lost this amount of weight without it.

Congratulations on the 216! You will be below 200 before you know it!
