This is HUGE for me! I've never been able to stay on plan for more than a couple weeks at a time.

I'd encourage everyone to join this challenge. I really, really wanted those points. I'm an all or nothing person and in this case it turned out to be a wonderful thing.
I gave myself a dollar for every day I got 4 points, this money is to spend on a reward at the end of the month. I wish I could afford to give myself a dollar/point but I cant afford that.

With my money I bought a new popcorn air popper and tomorrow I'm going yard shopping with my MIL, so I'll probably spend the rest then.

As of right now I'm happily munching on some freshly air popped popcorn.

Oh yeah, and I lost 9 lbs in September.
