After dropping incredibly quickly during the first half of the month, I've almost ground to a halt weight loss wise since the middle of september when I hit 250.
I moved my ticker down to 247 yesterday, but was 248.8 again today, so I've been 248-249 for almost two weeks.
I haven't changed anything-- still hitting my calorie goals, exercising the same or a little more.
I've been patient until this morning when I panicked and wondered why the scale just sits there.
Could it be because I was losing really fast the two weeks before. Do a lot of people see these plateau then steep loss then plateau type patterns?
