Flavored Coffee Beans?
I went to The Fresh Market yesterday and I used to always love getting a few samples of the different flavored coffees they have. Drinking flavored coffee is like dessert for me. I just love it but its expensive so I only drink it occasionally.
This time I didn't get any because I was afraid of the nutritional content of them. Do any of you know where I could get nutritional content for flavored coffee? These are the beans that you grind yourself. |
if you're talking about a bean being flavored, that adds negligible calories (maybe none - they use mostly extracts that are calorie-free). If you're talking about a syrup or other flavoring agent, that'd have some sugar in it.

Total sucker for flavored coffee too so I'm curious if anyone has an answer for this one! Ü

Yeah, I'd imagine you're safe--since you said it was the bean kind. I'd be worried if it were the powdered kind that you just disolve in hot water (like that International Coffee House or whatever it's called, I imagine that has loads of calories and sugar).

Yeah, it's the whole bean coffee.
It's the kind that cost like $10-30/lb. You can choose to grind it yourself or grind it in their machine. I love it! I have always preferred to drink it vs. having dessert when everyone else is having dessert. |
