Going below 250lbs is a huge psychological event. Now you are closer to 200 than to 300; 200lbs has become more real, more possible. It's in sight!

I'm waiting right now to go below 300lbs; once I do that I've promised myself I will start the weight machines. Right now I swim about 135 minutes a week (45X3).

Thank you for helping to keep me going.

You are so close to your first goal!!! I know when I started at 3FC I wasn't sure I'd ever make a single mini-goal...!

And good for you on the swimming. I swim 30 minutes 5 times a week-- I talk myself into it by knowing I can go in the sauna when I'm done.
