I'm probably one of the world's worst lurkers. I've been reading on 3 Fat Chicks for YEARS and haven't posted but a few times. I have to say, though, CFMama that I've been following your posts (Please don't think I'm a weirdo!) and they are always an inspiration.
Would you mind telling me how exactly you've been losing? Counting calories, restricting foods, etc?
