After weeks of bouncing between 220 and 221, I had a very pleasant surprise at weigh in today. Last week's WW weigh in was 220.8. This week at my WW weigh in, I was 219.2, so I'm down 1.6 pounds from last week, despite being on prednisone all week and enduring the medication side effect of always wanting/needing to eat - luckily I kept carrots handy so I could eat something healthy!
I'm in the Two Teens!!! And I have begun to step up my exercising...so I'm hopeful this downward trend will continue and it will be a LONG time before the next plateau.
Say it... shout it... believe it... "I AM GOING TO MAKE IT HAPPEN!"...then DO IT!

1st goal--216 (lowest weight since moving to NC): achieved 5/14/10
2nd goal--203 (lowest weight post college):
3rd goal--199 (Onederland!)
4th goal--189 (where I'd like to be before really trying to get pregnant)
5th goal--180 (100 lbs. from my highest weight ever)
6th goal--169 (overweight bmi)
7th goal--140 (normal bmi)
