I must be honest. I had a much better weekend than the previous 3. But I did go over my calories by a couple hundred and did binge Sunday night. But it was a baby binge cause it was on 15 calorie popsicles! Not perfect I know, but definately an improvement. I am still striving to do better. I give myself a C instead of an F for the weekend. I'll take that any day over an F!!!
