2-10 ounce bags butternut squash (frozen)
1/2 white onion diced
1 4oz. lean ham steak
non-fat cooking spray
season w/s & p
Sautee the above until squash just begins to brown. Place into 9 x 9 casserole. (optional) Top with finely shredded cheddar--just a lil' bit. Bake @ 325 for about 10 minutes. Once it comes out you can also top with f-free sour cream.
