Hubby and I love kabobs. We will get large shrip and skewer them, put some light butter mixed with garlic powder on them and thow them on the grill, for Labor Day we had chicken breast chunks with pineapple and bell peppers on skewers cooked on the fire.
For "hot wings", one of our very favorite foods in the world, we grill chicken breast until they get a bit crispy on the outside, then I cut them into strips and coat them in a mixture of hot sauce, light margarine and garlic powder.
