Out of town for a few days.
 

I'm sort of on track but and maintaining my weight at 286lbs right now. I'm off to Vancouver for a few days, going to the dentist on Wed morning. But it'll be nice to have some alone time, no kids, no hubby, no work, no chores. Me, myself and I!!! I'm super excited about that. I will miss them though.

Thought I'd let you know in case anyone was wondering about me.

Nope, I flew all the way there and all the way back.

Had a nice time, missed my family, got lost for 3 hours but okay. Did a little shopping, got to see my new little cousin she was born Monday night and I saw her on Tuesday, tiny little 6lb 7oz baby girl.

I did good, ate only breakfast, lunch and dinner and make sure to leave some on my plate. Did tons of walking but I haven't weighed in since Monday morning, so I'm kinda nervous about tomorrow.

Just landed back home this morning and hopeful I will get a good nights sleep tonight because i hardly slept while I was gone.
