230.0 ugh. I want to see 229. Even if its 229.8 (which I did see this AM, but only when I accidentally moved on my scale so it doesn't count)
And I know that I dont have a chance of seeing under 230 this week, as my period is due. And it doesn't matter how well I do with eating or exercise, I will gain at least 4 lbs during it. Which sucks.
If you saw 229.8 when you shifted your weight then that means you are soooo close. Probably just a few ounces. Stick to your plan diligently throughout your period and I predict you will be out of the 230's when it is done.
You will get there, try not to stress over it too much and who knows maybe after you are done with TOM the scale might just slide right down under 230. I was stuck at around 235 for the longest time and little by little I noticed that the scale went down and then back up and then back down, you get it. It will happen, just gotta be patient.
I was floating between 230 and 232 for weeks and it was driving me crazy! Finally I had a sudden drop of 3-4 lbs. Just keep pluggin' along. It will come off eventually.
But what keeps on happening with me is that i've started this diet 3 times now, (only for a week) lost 5 pounds, and then a month later, i've gained it back. (BACK to the 230's!) GAH!!!
Oh, I hope it will be almost gone by Saturday. I have hellish periods. My period is usually right on time, and it better be this week. Its due Wednesday, and as long as it comes on Wednesday I *should* be ok. I hope. I get really bad cramps, I'm so exhausted.
So I hope its either early, on time, or like a week late. lol. I just do not want it to start Friday or Saturday!!
the two thirties gave me a hard time .... i remember that ... idk why thats so but like they said stick to plan and one day youll wake up hop on the scale and out of no where .... 228 ! presto !
