Talking Just gotta share!
My son asked me if I could help him type up a paper and I of course said yes.

I was jogging up the stairs with him behind me to get to the office. When we got there he said, " I don't think you have any idea how much weight you've lost." I said to him, "You're right, it's always harder for the person losing the wt to see the results because we know how much further we have to go. But, you just made my day. It really must show when someone is behind you, watching you jog upstairs and can make that kind of comment!"

Made my day!!!!

That is so sweet...especially for a SON to say it!!! I also agree with you...we get so focused on the results we WANT that we dont realize that results we are getting in the meantime. Congrats and keep up the good work!!

Aw that's really sweet. And yes it's hard to notice weightloss on yourself. I still feel like i weigh the same as when i started, but my clothing sizes definitely say different.
