the plateau from hell
 

Alright this message is out there for the fellow ADD weight loss people out there like me. I recently didn't lose weight for a whole week which for my impatients seemed like forever. I was consistently losing five pounds a week then nothing. Ugh, so frustrating. Then I went to weigh myself today and four pounds lost, yeah :carrot:. So for everyone out there in a plateau hang in there your day will come and you will feel like a bunch of dancing carrots.
