The scale finally moved again!
After two weeks of either gaining or simply maintaining, I finally started working hard again and it shows! In two days I lost two pounds! I know it's mostly water weight but it's water weight that I didn't want anymore, and it is showing that my efforts are paying off.
I hit the gym the past three days and I've been doing weights at home before everyone wakes up and then 30 minutes on the treadmill at the gym. I've also actually been writing down what I'm eating.
Now here it is, dinner time, and I still have 800 more calories to enjoy. Yay!
