Default hi. not new. just been busy

I'm not, new but i've finally started to get some spare time to post. I have stayed on track overall, though i noticed some weight creeping back on right after i moved. stress, new environment blah blah, whatever you wanna call it, i was less vigilant. thankfully, i knew what to do to get back on track, and part of that is using forums with like minded people. congrats to everyone who made goal or better while i was afk. hello to those who dont know me. i'm angi, single mom of a 5 and 4 yr old. one of each variety, full time student, tho i graduate with 2 degrees in december and start a new education program in january. one of these days i'll finally be done with school. i also work full time, thankfully at a liv ein work situation where i can keep my kids with me, but regardless, i'm fairly busy so planning planning planning is the goal for me, every single day. anyway, just wanted to say hi

Goal 1: 214 lbs. Met!! Goal 2: 197 lbs. Met!! Goal 3: Keep getting healthy in 2013

Starting weight 377, Weight in spring of 2010 198, Weight in August 2011? In the 240's.
Still plugging along on this weight loss highway!

Well hello there! It's good to hear from you. You are one busy mama, aren't you? Glad that you've maintained through a difficult time.

I couldn't agree with you more - planning, planning and then planning some more is an ESSENTIAL part of weight loss/maintenance. Every single day. It's THAT important and time EXTREMELY well spent. Because as we all know, eating healthy just won't happen on it's own. No siree, It's got to be thought about IN ADVANCE. Just part of the routine.
