quick thought on 80/20 thing

  • I can't find the thread that was talking about diet=80% and exercise=20%, but it is exactly the other way around if you are trying to increase your good chloresterol. I had my physical about 6 weeks ago and I need to improve that number and the doctor told me that aeorbic exercise is what you have to do.

    I don't know why I didn't think of that when the other thread was here.
