quick thought on 80/20 thing
I can't find the thread that was talking about diet=80% and exercise=20%, but it is exactly the other way around if you are trying to increase your good chloresterol. I had my physical about 6 weeks ago and I need to improve that number and the doctor told me that aeorbic exercise is what you have to do.

that's interesting. my good cholesterol was high on my last blood test, I was doing a happy dance. thanks for sharing, I didn't know about that.

My good cholesterol is high as well and exercise can definitely affect cholesterol.
