    I have now lost a total of 21#!!!!!

    The best thing about it all is that it has come off slowly, at a decent rate. I have also learned so very much about what is working for me and what doesn't.

    Thanks for letting me share and thanks for all the encouragement I have recieved along the way. You all inspire me!
