I remember you, too. I was posting often when Dillon was going into the hospital. I had lost about 25 pounds. Then I started on this bad attitude thing, started only lurking, and by the time Bryleigh was born, I was a part-time lurker and was gaining all the weight back.

Shelley, I'm was wondering about you the other day. I'm pretty much just a lurker now, don't really post much nowawadays, but I'm pregnant now and due in december. I'm so glad to hear that all is well with you and you have decided to take care of yourself. Feel free to e-mail me anytime if you want to talk. I moved a bit farther away from Ada now, but I'll deliver at Carl Albert and get transferred there early if I become high risk-which is a possiblity if I keep swelling or at 36 weeks. Just remember to take it one day at a time and don't give up.

annie-- the kids are great. getting bigger and bigger every day. bry is crawling and took her first step the other day (she'll be 8 months on the 24th) and dillon is still in speech therapy but is making some progress. his dad still hasn't come to see him. if i remember correctly i mentioned he stopped the last time i was posting. its been 15 months now. but we are totally happy with it. so have you gotten back in the groove and lost the weight again? i haven't had time to check out many of the threads so i dont know what everyones' progress is just yet.

Pam-- thanks for everything you've said. i have done pretty good the last few days since i came back and today i even dug out my stair master thing. i plan on putting it to use as soon as i figure out how to put it together again. i also get hung up on the goal weight. i dont have a scale now which is good and bad. its like i need a scale to prove to myself that i'm making progress but i get so obsessed when i don't see progress that i start doing anything and everything (bad things included) to lose it.

Jenniffer---!!!!! i'm so excited to be back. i'm so happy to see you and everyone else also. the kids are great. bry is a total sweet heart. and a total mini me and mama's girl. she is getting so big too. she's 18 pounds now (finally doubled her birth weight) we had a scare with her and thought she might have to have surgery on her skull because her soft spot closed early but she is ok. nothing really new with me. i got a new car a few months ago.. well, we did . its a 2002 blazer. its sooo much nicer than the little pick up we had. much more room too! we are looking into building a new house. just have to find the right time.

lorelei--- its been ages since i've been able to walk a 15 minute mile. it is one of my goals too. the last time i walked a mile non stop it took me 30 minutes!! and i was panting so hard i was sure i'd have a stroke or something. i did so bad!!

well, i guess that's about it for right now. i'm off to bed. i'll try to get here tomorrow and catch up on everyone. goodnight y'all!
