I mentioned awhile back that my docs kept telling me my heart rate was ridiculously high.
and that I was going to have it rechecked since I've been eating healthy and exercising.
Well I got an app for my phone. with a pedometer/mileage counter/heart rate calculator. I just laid down for a nap awhile ago and took it as soon as I woke up and my resting heart rate was.....77!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
