Default Farewell 230's

As of yesterday morning I am officially out of the 230's. 229lbs! It feels soooooooo good. I have so been lookinh forward to seeing that 2 in the middle for a long time. I don't plan on getting to well aquainted with the 220's either tho lol.

And hopefully by end of this week or early next I will have reached another big milestone. 50lbs lost. The closer I get to that number the farther off plan I go. I need to refocus and get ther strongly. I don't want it to be the only 50lbs I loose. And I don't want to be here in a year trying to loose it again.

Yeah.. to getting out of the 230's. How exciting to be on the threshold of the 50 pound loss. That is a major milestone!

You are doing so great and have a wonderful attitude. Before long we will hear that you are celebrating getting out of the 220's and looking to the 75 pound loss milestone!!!

That is a huge milestone! Congrats! You are the same starting weight I was when I started, and I can remember how freeing it felt once I was out of the 230's. It's only down from here! Great Job!
