I'm closing in on my first mini goal (yay...!) But the last couple of days have been kind of hard for me....
The last two days toward the end of the day I've felt extremely exhausted and kind of light headed. Granted, I worked a double shift yesterday and with a one hour commute each way it's an eighteen hour day-- one the other hand, I'm used to it, and I'm normally tired, but this seemed worse.
It feels like I'm just running out of fuel. I've been eating about the same thing since mid-June, so I don't know why it would just be hitting me now, unless I'm more active now that I'm lighter and just burning up more calories...?
I don't feel especially hungry, I just feel really lightheaded, cranky, and lethargic.
The only other thing I can think of is that maybe I'm not drinking enough water.
