Mini-goals: 223, 213, 203 and 193 (I'll think of treats for myself on those later

Really happy that I'm back into running though, want to keep that up. And I'm still on course for my next mini-goal in 3lbs' time, so it's all good here! Here's to a big loss coming next week!
