isn't this and the cabbage soup diet....well, weren't they developed for the morbidly obese to drop a lotof weight quickly before going into surgery? I think it doesn't serve any other purpose really because it's certainly not sustainable.
Just another variation of the Cabbage Soup Diet it has been around for years. Better to eat a healthy diet , low in calories. I find calorie counting works best for me and works well in maintenance.
