Something just struck me. I just finished lunch (grilled chicken, carrots, and green beans) and I feel full. Full
and I have eaten just 603 calories today. There have been so many days where I would still be hungry after eating 2000 calories. Sometimes I am still amazed at what a difference the types of food I eat make, not the amount of food but the type of food.
I am just going to have to save my apple for a mid-afternoon snack, too full to eat it now. Isn't life good?
