I'm looking for suggestions on a specific kind of weight loss book. I don't want a book that is going to outline a plan for me, I know what I have to do and what I have to eat. I know how
to do this. What I want is a book that takes a psychological approach to the whole weight loss journey. I feel that if I can conquer this mentally I could succeed. I'm an emotional person to begin with and if I could get ahold of that and understand myself better maybe it would help?
