The first thing I did today when I got back was jump on the scale. I'm up 3 pounds, which is in the range I was hoping for. We did do lots of walking, but we also did even more ice cream eating, hence the gain
Sorry to disappoint people, but there was no romance with me and Kim. My decade old crush remains alive (and unrequited).
It was a good trip and I got to see some old friends at the wedding and do lots of fun things on the Cape.
Starting weight/ Current low weight/"redline" weight
Total: 267.6 pounds.
I will do the Komen 60 mile walk for breast cancer again this year!!
Next goal is 175: Pounds from goal = 4.2
