After a summer of being stuck, the scale is finally moving again! I've been floating around 235 all summer long. It's been so frustrating. But finally, this week, it's moving again. I've dropped 4 pounds this week. I haven't changed anything, its like my body has said, "OK, we've gotten used to this weight and it's time to move on". I am one pound shy of being able to say I'm 30 pounds down. One pound! AHHHH!
I am going to a concert next Thursday (Aug 20) and I would soooo like to be under 230. That's just 2 pounds. I have front row and backstage passes to see Chickenfoot (Sammy Hagar's new band) I have been looking forward to this for 6 months and I spend a forture on the ticket so to go at under 230 would just make me the happiest girl alive!
I've thought about really pushing the walking and droping a few carbs from by day, but I don't want to jink myself. So it's business as usual, cause with my luck, more exercise and fewer carbs might cause another stall.
Weight loss isn't for sissys, that's for sure!
