I had a gain last week because of an unplanned out-of-town trip, but I jumped right back on the wagon. This morning, not only had I lost the 2 lbs. I gained last week, but I lost another lb., too!

If I hadn't have jumped right back in, I'd be up again this week. As it stands, I'm only 9 lbs. from my end-of-the-year goal! 9 lbs.! (It's a little scary, actually! )

get out of the 230s by July 23rd: Met 7/23/2009
52 lbs. in 52 weeks (12/31/2009): Met 10/29/2009
180 (driver's license weight):
170.8 (100 lbs. lost):
160 (10 lbs to go!):
150 (final goal):

1) Consume less than 120 grams of carbs, 30 grams of sugar and 1,100 net calories (factoring in exercise) 2) Exercise 6 days per week at least 45 minutes per day
3) Follow the Bariatric surgery eating plan
4) Make the most of each moment

And only 9 lbs away from your end of year goal? Did I miss something? Is it no longer August? That's fantastic! You must be so proud of yourself!

Starting weight 377, Weight in spring of 2010 198, Weight in August 2011? In the 240's.
