Default Grrr I have to get back on track

I stopped my diet for over a month I have had no money to get food and have had to get what ever a few bucks can get me. BUT I just got Food Stamps so I can start back up! I was doing so well now I worried I wont be losing as much as fast. =( Waaa

It's ok, I noticed that I'm learning more and more quickly and my weight losses are staying off more or less, and the time between falling off the wagon and getting back on are shorter and shorter.

Now go grocery shopping!

As nice as it is to lose it quickly, the point is to lose it and keep it off. You are doing beautifully, and have all those little wizards to prove it
