I will stay on plan today because it sure feels better waking up in the morning with NO food hangover - or the guilt that is sometimes associated with a food hangover.

I am staying on plan today because it's hot and I can wear my summer clothes comfortably. Some that I wasn't able to fit last year.

I stayed and will continue to stay on my plan today because I am finally starting to feel like I can accomplish my goals and don't want to do anything to jeopardize it, even for one day! It's just not worth it.

Because my first goal is 40 pounds by Christmas. Since 8/1 I'm down 6 pounds, so if I can follow the plan...I can certainly do it.
