So I'm back to my regular exercise and weighing-in schedule (weigh-in same day each week, same time of day)...and I'm back to more or less my pre-holiday weight...

244lbs.!
Bring. It. On!

Now to keep it up, which will be hard. But I hope you guys here will help me, right? Right?
