I read time and time again that planning is key, planning your workouts, planning your meals, etc. Well I had today's meals all planned out which included baked chicken fingers for lunch. I was at the grocery store today so I picked up some raw chicken. Well I just opened it up and it's spoiled, stunk to high heaven! The sell-by date isn't for another 2 days either
So despite my careful planning and my best intentions something got in the way and I'll have to improvise. I suppose this is something I'll just have to get used to
Now my lunch will be a ham wrap and a nectarine but man I was really looking forward to those chicken fingers!
