Default Yay! Second 10% goal met!

Okay, time for some personal horn tooting...

Today I passed my second 10% goal! And I got to 65 pounds lost all together.

I'm measuring and taking my pictures on the days that I meet my goals - so far I've lost 6.5 inches from my waist total (the bane of my existence). Interesting to me that for the whole last 30 pounds, only 1" came from my waist. Oh well, something's gotta come off of there sometime - I'm laying siege to my waistline! On the plus side, it's clearly coming off everywhere else as I can tell from my clothes, though the waist is all I'm measuring.

Onward to the next goal... Thank you all for being here for me through all this. It helps more than you know!

Nice job CC. Very, very nice!!!

About your waist. Hang tight and keep persevering. Our most trouble spots are often the last place to see results. They're the biggest, holding the most fat and hence it takes the most time to see progress. But you keep at it, keep on meeting those 10% goals and the fat will eventually come off - from everywhere!!

Great job!

You're right--the fat will eventually come off from your waist if you keep working at it! Hang in there.

You are doing great! My problem area is my hips and thighs and they have finally shrunk. Hang in there, you'll lose in the waist soon!

WTG! I just got re-motivated after a slippery first month and hearing this is a HUGE help to keep me going.

Wonderful news! I am very proud of you. It is hard work. Next time you don't think it is happening fast enough lift a 65 lb weight and see how heavy it truly is...I am very happy for your heart.

Keep up the great work!
