The b ... er lady is back!
 

Do teeth really have skin? I held onto yesterday by the skin of my teeth and was rewarded by a ping towards the end of the day.

I may choose some of the recipes from the online diet I signed up to but certainly not all of them, some of the meals seem designed to reinforce one's Diet Status: I can get more bang for my calorie buck myself, anyway.
Some recipes yes, they sound nice.

The main thing is, I've got loads of ueber-healthy food in, my head's gone ping, and I'm back in the groove. I 'lost' 2.5lbs of bingeweight overnight.
