Carol Flo, there's no "if only." Just do it. Just visualize yourself succeeding, then do it. Really, that's all it takes. Here at 3FC we like to kick motivation to the curb in favor of commitment. :)

Thanks y'all. Most of my real-life diet buddies think I look like I weigh right around 200 lbs. My size 18s are falling off, some 16s fit, some are still a bit too snug. I just apparently am extraordinarily heavy for my size.

I am REALLY looking forward to weighing 225 for some reason. That will be 75% of what I need to lose, and Lee Iacocca I believe said that the last 25% of anything matters the least...woot.

You look AMAZING, and I agree you must be very muscular or dense because your physical body appears much smaller than the weight would indicate. You're a huge inspiration for me!
