Default I heart Wii Cheer

OK, I LOVE THIS GAME. I was obsessed when I first got it, uncoordinated lil ole me beat it in 3-4 days...well..after I figured out how to actually get the wii to register my movements.

If you know absolutely nothing about this game, it's basically you as a faux cheerleader following the movement arrows on the screen in time to the music. If you get enough points you beat the level. I swear when I got this game I was soooooo sore, and if you do one of the 5-star level songs 3-4 times in a row you kind of get a little cardio action going on.

I have lower body joint issues, so walking and elliptical sometime prove difficult, but the beauty of this game is you can sort of stand there and just move your arms, or you can try to do the whole routine, backflips and all. I'm pretty sure I look spastic, but in my head I am flexible, strong and graceful... as long as I score points.

I'm not trying to get anyone to purchase this, don't get me wrong. I just...forgot about it for a few months until yesterday. I played for 30-45 minutes and only stopped because my dinner was burning. When I first got the game I'd play for 2-3 hours at night, sometimes more. I'm sure some of you will understand...It's kind of interesting to think that after all my slightly chunky high school years after mocking the cheerleaders, I can now pretend to be one in the comfort of my own living room with no one watching AND be working towards getting a body closer to my avatar than a brick house.

I think I'm going to go play right now. Just...2 songs...well, maybe 3...ok, ok, just one more....I just gotta beat this ONE stage...I swear this will be my last time.........
