Congratulations to everyone who finished the challenge - whether you made the 50 pound mark or not!

I came in 6 pounds short but I still managed to lose 44 pounds during this time, which is a heck of a lot more than I lost in the previous six months!

I just kept editing my original post on the first page of this thread, so my weekly results are there. I started at 299 and currently weigh 255. I'd still love to be down to 250 by New Year's Eve but I know that mini-goal will come sooner rather than later, even if it's in January, so I won't be devastated if it doesn't happen before then.

I wish you all a happy and healthy holiday and all the best in 2010!

I was weighing in on fridays, which would make the 25th my final day. But since everyone is calling the challenge complete, so will I.

I started late so my goal was -43lbs to get into Onederland. In total I lost 31lbs and I am SUPER happy with that. I know I will get there soon and I look forward to continuing on.

Congrats to all of you for hanging in there and finishing. And to those who make the 50lb mark you are so awesome.

Is there going to be another long term challenge started?

I'm so proud of all of us!!! I didn't make the 50# mark, but I am thrilled with a 38# loss during the challenge!!!

I am thrilled that I did not gain during the holidays! I actually lost, not much, but I actually lost weight during December!
