I had to stop for medical reasons myself. It bummed me out as I really wanted to do this. Maybe I can try the next four weeks- it would at least help with keeping my weight down for the holidays at least!

It's never too late to start back, guys! I lost pretty much nothing in July, Aug, Sept but then got it together in Oct. It's nice to see the progress even if it is right at the end of the challenge. I'd love to see your losses from now til Christmas!
