I`m starting this Challenge at 244.8 lbs My goal is 199 by Yule!!!! That's two pounds a week

I'm new here...so Hi!
I'm not new to losing weight though. I lost 50 pounds last year, only to put it all back on after having abdominal surgery (which was unrelated to my weight).
But I want to do this again and this time with some support. So here I am!
I'd love to join the Jingle Away the Jiggle Challenge, even if I am a little late. I'm not officially starting my new diet regimen until September 14th though. I have to go grocery shopping first, which I only do on the weekends because the nearest grocery store is quite far away. I'm considering this week as my last week of "freedom". I'll try not to overdo it of course!
So my goal for the challenge is to lose 28 pounds, or 2 pounds per week. Which would make my weight 219 pounds. My weigh-in will be on Sundays.

not exactly sure why we need to gain/retain weight when TOM is expected, but we do. also kicked up excersizing time this week, increased cardio by 15 mins and moved up another 5 lbs in weights, and i'm fiddling with how many extra calories blah blah.

I'll weigh-in on Mondays. I weigh everyday actually, to keep myself motivated, but officially, Monday. I'll just update this post and make another post for the last weigh-in if that's okay.

I'm shooting for 30 lbs.
