I`m starting this Challenge at 244.8 lbs My goal is 199 by Yule!!!! That's two pounds a week

8/2: weight: 250.6 (just had surgery on Tuesday) GAINED: 1.8 LBS
8/9: weight: 242.2 LOST: 8.4 lbs TOTAL LOST: 2.6 LBS

Mom, this is my first challenge too, so I'm not sure if we are supposed to be adding or editing. I sent the OP a PM a while back, but she is MIA. I see others are editing too, so there are a lot more people still doing the challenge than I had thought.
I changed my goal to 40 pounds because 50 was just unrealistic for me. Even 40 will be tough!
How is everyone else doing?

Late arrival, ,but my goal is to be below 200 by end of year. I'm not particular by how much, as long as its 199 or lower. 2 lbs a week seems doable, which puts me at 32 lbs, which would be great, but I just want the 17 to get where I wanna be at years end.
