Well I have been off of here and my diet for about a month, do to a death in the family and then it was just WAY to hard to get back into it. So I am back and ready to kick my fat butt.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss, but taking a break because of it is understandable. And I think it's great that you're back! Making that commitment is one of many ways you can take care of yourself.
