Today I decided I would. I walk the dog for about an hour in the mornings, and tonight I was just feeling stressed and grumpy because I'm tired, so I decided to go on a shorter walk (about 20-30 min.) WOW! It helped so much! I feel like a new woman. This is coming from someone who NEVER thought she'd like exercise. Actually, I don't know if it's that I like it, per se, but I sure can feel immediate benefits!
