Default DEALING with it!

Had a rotten day at work. Came home in a funk. Hubby's been laid off since December, so I didn't want to unload my job stuff on him. Tripped over the cat. Started brooding about work again, worrying about hubby being laid off, yadda-yadda-yadda. (I have a genius for turning worry into an art form!)

So, know what I'm gonna do to make myself feel better?

I'm going down to the basement, where I will blast Ted Nugent music while I break all existing speed limits on my exercise bike, followed by some serious free-weight action. Take THAT, worries! Take THAT, frustration!

That time is MY time. Time that's really, *really* for ME.

Check back with you later!

Congrats on making such a heathy decision! I hope you and Mr. Nugent can rock out all your stress!

I do that, but it's with Guns-n-Roses and my car going really fast on the empty freeway.

Excellent!
What is it with sucky days, today? I'm having one, too. I love the excercise Bike idea. I love it. I think I need it, too.
And, I have to figure out how to get music back into my life.

Whoa!!! Ted Nugent, huh? I don't think I would have figured you as a fan. You're certainly are making lemonade out of lemons. I like your attitude. It will take you all the way to goal!!!

Sorry for the job woes. Worrying about employment is one of the biggest sources of stress. But with those tactics, being overweight will be one less thing you'll have to worry about.

How great that you are "dealing with it" under such difficult circumstances. You are a strong lady. I am sorry that you are going through such tough times.

I too am a professional worrier, I'm Itallian, guilt and worry is in our dna. I even save things in reserve to worry about in case I can't make something up in a tight spot. What good choices you made! Congrats!
