My official weigh in this morning was 289.8. My eventual goal weight is 190 which is the top weight in the "normal" BMI range for my height. I'm now 99.8 pounds away from that .
I've had a great week in terms of weight loss. I lost 5.6 pounds this week because of all of the walking. In just a few weeks I'll be doing a 60 mile walk over 3 days and I'm wicked excited about that!
