Well, only my second weigh-in and I didn't lose an ounce! I own it though. Just a little here and a little there and I have gone too high and into maintenance mode. Also, it's my "monthly" week, and I am unable to exercise on that week on medical advice.
So, plan for this week coming.
[/list]Cut down the wine to one standard drink = 114mls per day max[/list]Plan my meals in advance, rather than record what I ate.
As I write that, I realise how risky the method I used this past week was. Of course I'll overdo it!! Dah![/list]Drink 6 glasses of water a day[/list]Exercis 4 times this week
