I am getting back on plan today because I like feeling in control of my life. That spiraling feeling is no fun. Plus in my 10 days of "freedom" I have gained 2 lbs. But I know that if I stay OP, then those suckers can be gone next Monday.

A social event is coming up... the last time I went to this event was many years ago, when I weighed 230. I've been loathe to return, with 280 under my belt. But it's looking like that won't be a problem!

I stayed on-plan today and will continue to stay on-plan tomorrow because I HATE the disgusting bloated feeling I get from binging... All it ever gives me is a big huge distended belly and nausea/stomach pains/gas that last all through then next day. Why the HECK would I ever want to do that to myself??
