I stayed on plan today and will tomorrow because I am about to hit that mark where I will lose the label "morbidly". This morning when I weighed I saw the magic "218" but am not claiming it quite yet. With my old scale, I made myself a rule that I have to see a number three times before I claim it. For this, I may break my own rule and claim it if I see it 2 days in a row!
